讲座人介绍：

保尔·布莱克里奇(Pual Blackledge)，男，1967年8月2日生，英国人，现为伦敦南岸大学(London South Bank University)政治科学学科带头人，主要研究方向为世界现代化发展史及社会发展研究。兼任麦金太尔问题国际学会的创始人和指导委员会成员，利兹贝克特大学和伦敦南岸大学REF学术领导。
